1. Can any photograph be purchased?
Yes all images can be purchased although some have restrictions on usage due to copyright laws.
2. How much do images cost?
The cost of an image purchased will vary depending on the size of image and what it is going to be used for, please contact us for a quotation.
3. What size pictures are available?
Images are available up to a maximum of 5616 pixels on the longest side, this equates to a 21 Mega pixel file and can be supplied in either RAW, TIFF or
JPEG format. Not all files are full size.
4. Will you print pictures on canvas?
We can get photographs printed on a variety of materials including canvas. Please contact us for more information and a quotation.
5. What is the largest print I can get from an image?
This will depend on what you are using the image for. A poster can be enlarged to wall size proportions, but if you want a high quality picture to hang on
the wall it will depend on the file size available.
6. What size of file will produce an 8½ " X 11" Print ( A4 )?
A print of this size can be made using a relatively small file of approximately 2.5MB.
7. How do I get a copy of my picture?
Images once selected and paid for will be delivered either by Email, CD or we can supply prints on various materials by courier.
8. How do I select an image?
If your image is in a slide show, hold your mouse over the thumbnail image you require and the file name will be displayed.
9. Is there a discount for buying more than one picture at a time?
Yes! Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
10. What can the images I purchase be used for?
This depends on who you are. If you are a company, there are tight copyright laws to be considered. If you are an individual, pictures can be used for
almost any kind of personal use, but not advertising. Please contact us for more information.
11. How long does it take to get pictures once purchased?
If images are small they will be Emailed almost immediately. If the files are larger and require a CD being shipped it will take 2 - 7 days depending on
your location. Prints can take several weeks to process, we will confirm an approximate lead time when returning a quotation.
12. What is the best way to get in touch with you?
Please use the contact us page and include your phone number, I can then respond accordingly.
13. How do I pay for the pictures I require?
Payment will be collected through a Email system.
14. Do you add GST to your prices?
At present we do not charge GST.
15. What ratio are the pictures shown at on this web site?
Most images shown are in a 5 : 7 ratio. Some slight variation to the image will be necessary to accommodate other ratios like 8 : 10. All images start with a
full frame 4 : 6 image and will have been cropped to their published ratio.

The standard print sizes are 5" x 7", 8" x 10", 11" x 14", 16" x 20", 20" x 24" and 30" x 40". Other sizes are available on special request.
